The HI97757 is a portable ozone photometer with auto-diagnostic capabilities, designed with Hanna Instruments®’ extensive expertise in developing high-quality analytical equipment. It features a sophisticated optical system that incorporates a Light Emitting Diode (LED) paired with a narrow band interference filter, delivering precise and consistent measurements.
To protect measurement integrity, the optical components are fully sealed against external contaminants like dust, moisture, and debris. The meter also includes a proprietary positive-locking mechanism that ensures cuvettes are consistently aligned in the holder for every test.
Equipped with CAL Check™ technology, users can verify instrument performance at any time and perform user calibration when needed. CAL Check standards are housed in cuvettes that are certified and traceable to NIST.
A built-in tutorial mode walks users through the entire testing procedure step by step, including sample preparation, reagent usage, and correct dosages.
The HI97757 measures ozone concentrations in water ranging from 0.00 to 2.00 mg/L (ppm), utilizing the DPD Colorimetric Method. Ozone is commonly used as a disinfectant in various water treatment applications, including drinking water, wastewater, and swimming pools.
