The HI12963 is a titanium body, gel filled, single reference junction pH electrode that has a built-in temperature sensor and a quick connect DIN connector. This type of connector is proprietary to specific meters such as the HI98190 and HI991001.
The HI12963 electrode is made with general purpose glass and has an extendable cloth type junction. The design considerations are ideal for measuring the pH in industrial, municipal, and environmental applications.

Formulated for standard use, the GP glass has a resistance of approximately 100 megaohms at 25°C. It’s best suited for testing samples at ambient temperatures and is compatible with a broad range of pH applications.
The spherical shape provides versatility and is commonly used for everyday measurements. Alternative bulb shapes are available for specialized tasks like surface or penetration measurements.
